About Us
The Loft is owned and run by Martin and Melanie, who have lived in Exeter for over 25 years.
Martin, architect, brings his talents and experience to the design of the Loft: spacious, filled with natural light and huge picture windows looking out over the surrounding tree-tops and pastures.
Melanie, teacher and environmental planner, keen gardener and 10 years experience running Balmain Village B and B.
Both have been closely involved in the local community, including on the committees of Exeter Park Management Committee and Exeter Village Fayre.
